Our annual capacity of magnetic card is 120 million pieces, contact IC card (including SIM card) of 50 million pieces, and contactless card of 6 million pieces. For PVC cards, the monthly output is 12 millions pieces; for contact smart cards, the monthly output is 6millions pieces; for RFID proximity card, the monthly output is 8 millions pieces. Our major equipment include but not limited as below: 1.Brand-new printing machine:CIP Heidelberg Platemaking from Germany,Heideberg Four-Colour Offset Printer from Germany,Four large-page UV printer from Japan, German single-colored offset printing machines. 2.Five full-automatic silk printing machines and Four manual silk printing machines. 3.Five laminating machines, adopts computer controlling and can do layer-cleaning, increasing pressure and temperature , they are suitable for all kinds of card processing, especially meeting processing requirements of common PVC card, plastic card, RFID card, smart card, proximity card etc. 4.One Taiwans trade-lung machine CNC Automatic Laminated Machine.Two HX-60C automatic card punching machines (die cuting machine) that absorb the advantages of same foreign apparatus, adopts computer controlling and oil-container punch according to small card-making factory. 5.KURZ Eight-tracks full automatic magnetic stamping machine. 6.Hot hologram machine from Germany,Spraying code and film covering machine. 7.The automatic contact IC card paking line from MUHIBAUER Germany. 8.RF production line which is concentrated on the AIT contactless IC Card Technology frm America. 8.Three HZ200B full-automatic embossing & bronzing machines. Wangu magcard is produced in a very good environment. ISO9001 and Master Card management concept is carried out in the production in the design, quality control, logistics and internal environment arrangement. We have used KURZ fully automatic eight trace magnetic stamping machine from Germany. Our annual capacity for magcard is 180 million cards. Wangu has advanced Muhlbauer contact IC card production line from Germany. The accurate trough milling process makes the single contact IC card packing in ideal status. In the meantime, we also supply reliable technique and quality guarantee for the dual interface card manufacturing. We know clearly the strict requests needed for dual interface card packing.
